Fitness at Westmere Fitness is not a phase. It is a lifestyle, and it touches more than the body.
Carlos started Westmere Fitness in Houston in 2014 and built it around one belief: fitness is a lifestyle. For years the Westmere Fitness studio was home to personal training, group classes, and a tight-knit community of regulars.
Today Westmere Fitness brings that same energy directly to people. Carlos trains private clients one-on-one, and a team of Westmere Fitness instructors leads classes at Houston workplaces and residential communities. The setting changed. The standard did not.
